I am unsure of the Breeze model I have, so I asked my pool guy how many gallons my pool is, he thinks it's 20,000 gallons but unsure. I am thinking that the unit is the Breeze 320, but your replacement shows to have 3 blades, mine has 5, would this likely be a different model than the 320? View answer

I have the PPC3 cell in my system now w/13,500 pool. Is the the PPC4 overall height the same as the PPC3 ?I want to buy the PPC4 to run at lower % output to extend the life of the cell from the life I get out of the PPC3. View answer

I just installed the core 35 and it works great. My pump is on a timer and my generator is plugged in. When the pump turns off the unit shows ""no flow"". Is it ok to just leave it on with the no flow indicator or will cause a problem with my generator ? I have no problem hard wiring it to the timer, do I just cut the plug off and wire to timer ? or is there a separate power cable sold for hard wire to timer ? View answer

When you say, ""it does not communicate with external controllers"", to operate it, you manually push the buttons correct? I cannot use the Pentair Easytouch remote to operate it. View answer

I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says ""inspect cell"". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned. I tried that and the light is still on. Do you think it is simply used up. Is there any way to check to see if it has any life left? View answer

What are the dimensions of the O-Ring? The xxxx on cover I have is 5"" across and 4 5/8"" just inside the lip of the cover. I do not see any groove in the clear housing for an O-Ring. I have the Breeze Salt Generating System Model 760 and we just replaced the housing. View answer
