I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says ""inspect cell"". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned. I tried that and the light is still on. Do you think it is simply used up. Is there any way to check to see if it has any life left? View answer

What are the dimensions of the O-Ring? The xxxx on cover I have is 5"" across and 4 5/8"" just inside the lip of the cover. I do not see any groove in the clear housing for an O-Ring. I have the Breeze Salt Generating System Model 760 and we just replaced the housing. View answer

I have an old (and broken) Zodiac LM3-24 salt water generator installed on my pool. The previous owners of the house installed it and didn't maintain it very well, and the entire system is now in need of replacement. I am looking for a new system that I can fit into the existing space that the LM3-24 is currently occupying, without having to cut or drill anything. Will the CircuPool RJ-45 or -60 be a direct replacement for the LM3-24 that I have or will it require some extra cutting? I also have a Pentair Intellitouch i9+3 control panel. Ordered and received my CircuPool TJ Series ""Typhoon"" Pre-Filter that came with an inline bypass (Part Number: TJ-BYPASS) for use with DE. How is this to be installed? There were no instructions whatsoever. It appears multiple additional fittings are required to complete installation (based on the photo of the TJ-BYPASS-KIT model). Should I have ordered the TJ-PASS-KIT? Very confused and frustrated that this is delaying the opening of my pool as I expected to be able to immediately install the pre-filter upon receipt.
