Suppose that the average air temperature in winter is 56 F and the pool sits at 56 F. On the smallest unit, how much power (or current at 208 V) would be required to raise a 20,000 pool to 75F? With solar blanks on the surface, how much power would be needed then to maintain it at 75 F? Then in the summer, the average temperature is 78 F but we want it to be 82 F. How much power would be required to maintain it at 82? View answer

Power and polarity lights are lit. Salt level is good by independent analysis and water flow is good. No Flow light stays lit and therefore cell will not generate chlorine. Is the flow sensor/switch integral to the replacement cell or is it a different assembly? View answer

My Pentair intellichlor 40 stopped working. I only have an 8000 pool, the ic40 was totally unnecessary. Can I switch to your 20 chlorinator and are the end fittings the same? View answer

Can I replace my CPSC 16 with a CPSC 24? I have a 15,000 pool but it wasn't able to produce quiet enough chlorine for the pool so I had to supplement with tablets. Maybe the CPSC 24 will charge a little better in my same equipment. View answer

Where does the water it is sucking up and filtering exit? The top or or the rear? My old cleaner had a rear exit and would continually disturb nearby debris on the pool so the whole pool never got fully clean. View answer

I had purchased this unit last fall and was never able to connect it to Wifi so returned it. I tried Maytronics Customer Service but they just kept saying to send in for service, since it was $60 to send for service I just returned the entire unit. I used it a couple of times and liked it overall. My question, I believe that bluetooth (from the phone app) is used for the initial connection and then it is set-up on wifi. Is this correct? The phone app could never find the unit. View answer

I see in an earlier question, someone asked about the voltage requirements for the unit. I see that the answer was based on 110V or 220V (which I assume is Split phase). My area (north east usa) is primarily 120V -240 V split phase. Is this going to be an issue with your unit? Do i have to cap my Voltage with a transformer? View answer

What are the dimensions, primarily length of the salt generator cell/container and the flow sensor conduit? I have limited space between my heater and the returns to the pool and spa and need to make sure this will fit with the additions 12” from the heater to the flow sensor. Thanks Sean View answer
