Just installed this, replacing my Intellichlor40, and the Salt Level light is blinking red. I check the salinity level and its at 4790, which is just over the 4500 for the ideal range. Will this unit still produce chlorine with this level of salt and the Salt High light blinking? Thank you. View answer

I have the CircuPool Universal25 system and it's getting pretty old. The xxxx to control the chlorine production does not stay on the number it is set at and it's nearly impossible to select a number as it is too sensitive to movement. Is the rated lifespan of the cell determined when running at 100%? So if the lifespan is 15k hours, is it safe to assume we could get closer to 30k hours running at 50%? Just trying to ballpark what to expect. View answer

I have a 16,000 gallon inground gunite pool, with heater, Ultra UV2 light, inline tablet chlorinator and want to switch to a SWG. Can I install a RJ-60+ or is that too big? I purchased a Circupool UL40 Salt generator to replace an old Hayward. I guess I never noticed it before but the control unit is very warm if not hot to the touch. I do not smell burning wires and no breakers or fuses have been tripped. Unit is wired directly into a pool timer so it runs only 9 hours a day. Digital display says everything is within proper operating parameters. Can anyone tell me if the heat issue is normal? View answer

I am unsure of the Breeze model I have, so I asked my pool guy how many gallons my pool is, he thinks it's 20,000 gallons but unsure. I recently purchased the Waterco CC150 from you and installed it. From the very start, the pressure gauge reads zero. I removed the gauge to see if it had anything blocking it, reinstalled and it never reads anything but zero. I don't think this is normal. Shouldn't it have a reading while the pump is running?
