i am replacing a ic30 pentair with ic60 i want to make the purchase very soon but i will not install it till summer time when does the warranty start also i realize i have to cut the pipes to install it because it is larger does the unit come with the other half of the unions and o rings to do the install thank you View answer

I am considering going salt. I have a pentair system. My pool is just under 20k gals. Would the salt generator for a 60k gal pool be overkill? As my pool seems to grow algae easier and often. I get my pool water checked 2-3 times a week. Almost always I’m low on chlorine. I typically go through 6 bags of shock per week and 5 gals of liquid shock along with chlorine tablets. And my water is very seldom clear. ALL my numbers/levels are within range.. I havnt seen the bottom of my pool in a couple months. My hope is that a salt generator would get things better. I just had a Circupool Universal 25 SG installed, added salt bags and turned on the SG to auto. It read 4100. I let it generate for a few hours and the reading increased to 4900. I drained my 12000 gal pool 10 inches and refilled it with fresh water to dilute the salt concentration. Turned on the SG and it STILL reads 4900 What do I do? View answer

Bought the 25 about 2 years ago and I love it. Best thing I ever did for the pool. Today for the first time the generating light is blinking and the screen says HOT. What does that mean it's in the70s during the day and in the 40s during the night. What is hot? It can't be the water temp. Please advise...........wally View answer
