I have had this unit for just over 4 months. The percent generating is no longer working. For the last week the chlorine level in the pool has been very high. I have been bringing the generation down from the normal 40% to 30%, 20% and finaly 10%. The cell generate light never turns off, no matter when I look at it, it is on, unless I go to 0%. How do I get warranty help with this? View answer

I just installed the INDIGO3-XL Ozone Generator for Swimming Pools that I ordered from you How can I see if it working and producing Ozone ?The Operation Guide shows :Section 4 ice Visual Inspection Periodically inspect the unit to ensure it is functioning correctly by simply observing the end plate gaskets for a light blue glow while the system is in operation.I do not have any light blue glow. The Unit is totally sealed, and I have no idea where a light blue glow may come. Does that mean that the new unit is not working ?Can I unscrew the Top cap to see if the VUV is turning blue when on ? So I just got done cleaning my filter, remove the cell and cleaned it as well and added salt to the pool. I feel I put too much in because I’m getting a high salinity alarm. Do I need to drain water out of the pool and put untreated, water back into lower the salinity or will it still chlorinate and just have a high salt contact. View answer

I'm looking for a replacement for ECOmatic ESC 16, 240V up to 15,000 gal. I note it is out of stock. Will you be getting more replacement items for this system, or is there something else that will work? I was told I have an issue with the control box as well although it is currently still working. What is recommended? If I haven't given you adequate info please tell me what you need? View answer

My question is regarding below note. I’ve Intellitouch system, does it mean this Salt cell will not work with it? I’d like the cell to turn on automatically per the set schedules in Intellitouch system.Note: The generic IntelliChlor cell does not utilize a RS-485 or data connection for integration with automation systems like Pentair Intellitouch, Pentair Easy Touch®, Jandy® AquaLink®, Hayward® AquaLogic® and Hayward ProLogic® View answer

Good morning from Alabama. Currently I have an Aqua Rite chlorinator system with a T-15 cell. I am looking to purchase a new RJ-45 system to replace my lightening destroyed system. My power source is 230 volt and I am wonder if this will work with the RJ-45. Also. is the RJ-45 over kill for my pool also? I like over kill as my pool is in direct sunlight all day during the summer. Thank you and I am glad I found your website. View answer
