I bought the phosphate test strip kit from you. I says I need to dip strip in a vial and compare water color change to card for phosphate level. What vial? There was none in kit and there is no reference to vial size in documentation. Without it strips are useless...help!! View answer

Is there a way to recalibrate the temperature sensor? My pool waterheater and pool thermometer both indicate that the pool is at 69 degrees F. But the readout on my RJ-60+ shows the water temp. to be around 50 deg F. As a result, the RJ-60+ is not generating any chlorine. It says that the temp. Is too low. Is there anything that I can do to correct the discrepancy in temperature. Charles View answer
