after using this system for a week my PH is now 7.0 - how do I get it back to normal range? I adjusted the infusion setting from 120 to 100 but it didn;t change the PH - and I have no idea how to change the ""flow Rate"" the instructions don;t tell how to do that. View answer

I have a 16,000 gallon inground gunite pool, with heater, Ultra UV2 light, inline tablet chlorinator and want to switch to a SWG. Can I install a RJ-60+ or is that too big? Do I need to remove the Ultra UV2 light and inline tablet chlorinator? Also, my CYA level are extremely high, do I need to get those down before converting? View answer

Is the rated lifespan of the cell determined when running at 100%? So if the lifespan is 15k hours, is it safe to assume we could get closer to 30k hours running at 50%? Just trying to ballpark what to expect. View answer

How often do I clean the Reactor. We only used the pool 4-6 months of the year. Only our children along with our grandkids(about 10 max). Have a pool using a Hayward Aqua-rite T-3 is this T-9 a direct replacement? Would like to increase output. I know I will have to reprogram the control unit.
