Due to limited space, I only have two places where a CORE system would fit and it seems neither option is very good. (1) The unit controls will bump my filter if situated above the pvc. It would fit if placed at a 45 degree angle. Is this an option? (2) The unit can be installed along a vertical section of pvc before my in-floor cleaning system actuator. The unit would be in a section of vertical pvc instead of horizontal. Is this an option? Thank you. View answer

Currently there is a check valve on the return from my heater back into pool. I know the chlorine generator needs to be the last thing on the return before going back to pool. My question is does the check valve need to stay on between the heater and pool or can it be eliminated from the equation? If needs to stay there should check valve be before or after the chlorine generator? View answer

My CircuPool 35 has a flashing System Error light. The manual says to clean the electrical connection between the cell and the control unit which I did. The system error light still flashes. The control unit is less than one year old. What sis the problem? View answer

Will this work on my system. I bought a salt cell T15 from you guys. The board reads 4000 amount of salt. I got it checked by Pinch a Penny pool store and it said 3100. I think the board is bad. Then i put my old salt cell back on and it read 3500 but it stills generating chlorin. The new salt cell does the same thing. View answer
