I currently have a pentair IC40. I’m leaning strongly toward getting a APX cell to replace the pentair one with. I’m thinking of stepping up to the 60,000 gal model APX60. Will the APX 60 fit right into the existing piping that my ic40 is mounted. Or does it require modification to allow the apx60 to fit?? View answer

i work for an amusement park, we have a large, Cement pool used for bumper boats. its Oval, and about 150-200 feet around. The bottom is very bumpy and jagged , im curious to know if the harsh ground would be a problem for this? how well does it run over a bump in the liner ?? View answer

Ordered and received my CircuPool TJ Series ""Typhoon"" Pre-Filter that came with an inline bypass (Part Number: TJ-BYPASS) for use with DE. How is this to be installed? There were no instructions whatsoever. It appears multiple additional fittings are required to complete installation (based on the photo of the TJ-BYPASS-KIT model). Should I have ordered the TJ-PASS-KIT? Very confused and frustrated that this is delaying the opening of my pool as I expected to be able to immediately install the pre-filter upon receipt. The inner plastic ring on my CMP 540 has several cracks around the perimeter causing water to leak out of the housing. The salt generator is working fine. Is there a way to replace the plastic ""cap"" without replacing the entire cell? View answer

Our big issue is hemlock needles. Much shorter than typical evergreen needles at about 1-1.5in so they get through the skimmer and filter baskets and once they clog the de filter they also don't rinse out with a backwash. But they are light enough to float. Will this pre filter help or will they get through because they aren't heavy enough? View answer

Have a pool using a Hayward Aqua-rite T-3 is this T-9 a direct replacement? Would like to increase output. I know I will have to reprogram the control unit. Are control units same for all sizes of cells? When I say direct replacement I mean no plumbing, just unscrew old and xxxx on the new plus reprogram of course. View answer

Is the ""low salt"" and ""high salt"" determined in the RJ-45 Plus salt generating cell? I have lately have had the controller show ""low salt"" and ""check cell"" and I have carefully cleaned the cell as instructed 3 times in the last 4 weeks View answer

I purchased the CircuPool Edge 25. In viewing install info, I see I need a timer. Do I need 2? 1 for pump and 1 for SWG? Recommendation of timer. First time pooler. 21x52 AGP w/AquaPro1.5 hp 2 speed pump and DE filter.. Also, can we use the 120v install with this setup? Thanks so much. View answer

I just installed the INDIGO3-XL Ozone Generator for Swimming Pools that I ordered from you How can I see if it working and producing Ozone ?The Operation Guide shows :Section 4 ice Visual Inspection Periodically inspect the unit to ensure it is functioning correctly by simply observing the end plate gaskets for a light blue glow while the system is in operation.I do not have any light blue glow. The Unit is totally sealed, and I have no idea where a light blue glow may come. Does that mean that the new unit is not working ?Can I unscrew the Top cap to see if the VUV is turning blue when on ?
