I just installed the INDIGO3-XL Ozone Generator for Swimming Pools that I ordered from you How can I see if it working and producing Ozone ?The Operation Guide shows :Section 4 ice Visual Inspection Periodically inspect the unit to ensure it is functioning correctly by simply observing the end plate gaskets for a light blue glow while the system is in operation.I do not have any light blue glow. The Unit is totally sealed, and I have no idea where a light blue glow may come. Does that mean that the new unit is not working ?Can I unscrew the Top cap to see if the VUV is turning blue when on ? I purchased the CircuPool Edge 25. In viewing install info, I see I need a timer. Do I need 2? 1 for pump and 1 for SWG? Recommendation of timer. First time pooler. 21x52 AGP w/AquaPro1.5 hp 2 speed pump and DE filter.. Also, can we use the 120v install with this setup? Thanks so much. View answer

I have an existing old school Hayward chlorinator (the kind you put tablets in). It looks like the Circupool 35 would fit right in that same spot if I took the Hayward chlorinator out. Do you know if that is the same length, where the new Circupool would fit in that same spot? View answer

Does the CircuPool Core 15 & Core 35 need to be connected to a 120v outlet or can it be connected to a Jandy Aqualink at the outside control box. I have a 22000 gallon in ground pool and I believe I would need the Core 35. View answer

Hi, I’ve been shopping for a salt system for months and think the core-15 system should be perfect for my needs. I bought a RJ45+ less than a year ago and I thought last summer the salt generator worked when my pump was at low RPMs. I just noticed my generator is saying low flow when my VS pump is at 1500 RPM. At what velocity does the flow switch stop indicating flow? View answer

My pool is in ground about 28,000 gallons. Is is better to stay with the 35 or is bigger better? My thoughts are, if you go bigger, say the 55, then your putting less demand on the unit and the cell for desired chlorine output and it would in turn last longer and be more cost effective. I have the CircuPool Universal25 system and it's getting pretty old. The xxxx to control the chlorine production does not stay on the number it is set at and it's nearly impossible to select a number as it is too sensitive to movement. I'm considering upgrading to the RJ-20 system and wanted to know if the salt cell will fit into the plumbing connections I have in place for the Universal cell?? View answer
