I have a 40000 gallon pool with a hayward aquarite goldline plus system. My old cell kept giving a low salt reading so i put in more salt several times but it did not change. I ordered your replacement cell and the diagnostics said 6400 ppm salt level. I drained maybe 15,000 gallons and refilled it and the salt reading in diagnostics is still 6400 ppm. Any suggestions? The inner plastic ring on my CMP 540 has several cracks around the perimeter causing water to leak out of the housing. The salt generator is working fine. Is there a way to replace the plastic "cap" without replacing the entire cell? View answer

My ask Jay 55 circuit pole is leaking. The blue and where the power cord attaches is cracked. The cell works fine but loosing water. This is the second time I have an issue.
