I have a 40000 gallon pool with a hayward aquarite goldline plus system. My old cell kept giving a low salt reading so i put in more salt several times but it did not change. I ordered your replacement cell and the diagnostics said 6400 ppm salt level. I drained maybe 15,000 gallons and refilled it and the salt reading in diagnostics is still 6400 ppm. Any suggestions? My ask Jay 55 circuit pole is leaking. The blue and where the power cord attaches is cracked. The cell works fine but loosing water. This is the second time I have an issue. Before it leaked at the opening where the cord came out. How do I replace the blue end without buying a new cell. Mine is not old and works. View answer

I currently use the PPC2 for my 30,000 gallon pool and it struggles all year to keep chlorine even when perfectly balanced. Can I replace the cell only with a PPC3 or is that not allowed? View answer
