I have the CircuPool Universal25 system and it's getting pretty old. The xxxx to control the chlorine production does not stay on the number it is set at and it's nearly impossible to select a number as it is too sensitive to movement. I'm considering upgrading to the RJ-20 system and wanted to know if the salt cell will fit into the plumbing connections I have in place for the Universal cell?? View answer

My pool is in ground about 28,000 gallons. Is is better to stay with the 35 or is bigger better? My thoughts are, if you go bigger, say the 55, then your putting less demand on the unit and the cell for desired chlorine output and it would in turn last longer and be more cost effective. My CircuPool 35 has a flashing System Error light. The manual says to clean the electrical connection between the cell and the control unit which I did. The system error light still flashes. The control unit is less than one year old. What sis the problem? View answer

Currently there is a check valve on the return from my heater back into pool. I know the chlorine generator needs to be the last thing on the return before going back to pool. My question is does the check valve need to stay on between the heater and pool or can it be eliminated from the equation? If needs to stay there should check valve be before or after the chlorine generator? View answer
