does the placement height matter in relation to the height of the filter and or heater inlet and outlet? Some chlorinators state the chlorinator must be higher than the heater filter inlet /outlet. My current tablet feeder is low on the equipment pad and I am looking to convert to a salt water pool. With that in mind, can this chlorinator take the place of my tablet feeder? I have the CircuPool Universal25 system and it's getting pretty old. The xxxx to control the chlorine production does not stay on the number it is set at and it's nearly impossible to select a number as it is too sensitive to movement. I use this unit on the lowest setting for my salt water(NaCL)hot tub and it works great! I’m considering switching to bromine due to my wife’s skin sensitivity. Will it generate bromine if I flush the system and add the sodium bromide? If so, where would I buy It(NaBr)? Thanks View answer
