Just bought the circupool core 35 from you would like to know how to hook it to the 220v line I now have on the timer for my old cell. Do I remove the 110v line on product or can I just remove the plug from cord and attach to the 220v line (after power is off) Thanks in advance! View answer

I just installed the core 35 and it works great. My pump is on a timer and my generator is plugged in. When the pump turns off the unit shows "no flow". Is it ok to just leave it on with the no flow indicator or will cause a problem with my generator ? I have no problem hard wiring it to the timer, do I just cut the plug off and wire to timer ? or is there a separate power cable sold for hard wire to timer ? View answer

Can you install it vertically? The pipe comes out of my heater, and then immediately bends 90-degrees down, with about 2.5 feet of straight vertical drop before it goes into the ground. Or, in that situation, would you recommend a different model, such as the RJ, Edge, or Universal? View answer

When I was reading the installation instructions for the RJ45 plus, it states if using with a variable speed pump (on a low speed setting) that the cell must be inverted. If I'm installing the RJ45 plus vertically, does that mean I can't use the low speed on my variable speed pump? View answer

Bought the 25 about 2 years ago and I love it. Best thing I ever did for the pool. Today for the first time the generating light is blinking and the screen says HOT.
