My control panel makes a high-pitched noise and or buzzing sound. I will turn off system then immediately turn it back on and the sound goes away for a period of time (sometimes 10 mins-sometimes hours). what could be causing noise and how to correct? View answer

Bought the 25 about 2 years ago and I love it. Best thing I ever did for the pool. Today for the first time the generating light is blinking and the screen says HOT. What does that mean it's in the70s during the day and in the 40s during the night. What is hot? It can't be the water temp. Please advise...........wally View answer

I just had a Circupool Universal 25 SG installed, added salt bags and turned on the SG to auto. It read 4100. I let it generate for a few hours and the reading increased to 4900. I drained my 12000 gal pool 10 inches and refilled it with fresh water to dilute the salt concentration. Turned on the SG and it STILL reads 4900 What do I do? View answer

I have a J series chlorinated system. The power light stays on. Push the power button and it will not turn off. Push all of the other buttons nothing chances. Unplugged everything and reset still same as before. Need help????? View answer

I have a solar powered DC pool pump. The GPM are lower than the conventional electric pump. My question is will this salt chlorine generator operate with my solar powered pump. Is there a minumum flow needed for the Circupool RJ-30 Plus salt Chlorine generator to function efficiently? I do not have Gpm for the solar pump, but it generates during peak hours about 8-10 psi. I have been given the task of choosing a salt chlorine generator for our pool since I want to convert to salt water. I don't want to make a mistake and I am not knowledgeable in this area. With that said, after much research I am choosing the CircuPool RJ Plus, but I am not 100% sure which model. We live in North Florida and our 25k gallon pool is in a partially shaded area. It warms up, but never gets too hot like our previous fully exposed pool. Which model should I get, the 30 or 45? View answer

I have a Breeze pool chlorinator from 2014 (model unknown), can I replace it with a new Breeze 320? I notice the cell housing is different than mine, but looks very similar.
