I have a Breeze Slat Water Chlorinator.. It was put in about 4 years ago.. The cell kept getting gunked up with a white substanvce and the pool guy said he was cleaning it off every two weeks..doubtful - as since I came back for good it has not happened again..but now, the white cloudy substance (Chlorine) is not coming into the cell although the cell is still vibrating..
