My Pentair intellichlor 40 stopped working. I only have an 8000 pool, the ic40 was totally unnecessary. Can I switch to your 20 chlorinator and are the end fittings the same? View answer

Is the ""low salt"" and ""high salt"" determined in the RJ-45 Plus salt generating cell? I have lately have had the controller show ""low salt"" and ""check cell"" and I have carefully cleaned the cell as instructed 3 times in the last 4 weeks View answer

I have a Pentair IC40 today. I like this option. Will it plug directly into the old 4 pin outlet on the Intellitouch that was previously used by the IC40? I understand that it will not transmit data, but what exactly will not work on the Intellitouch? I'm guessing I won't be able to program it from the Intellitouch display, but that isn't a big deal. I have a Jandy AquaLink RS system but dont know how loosing the "RS-485 or data connection" will affect me? The AquaLink RS has an indoor control panel program timer to automatically start/stop the equipment - will this salt cell still start/stop on that timer? View answer

I have RJ 20 system (6 years old},cell is over 3 years old. I did have low salt warning with correct salt level in pool, chlorine level was good. Now I have ""no water flow"" warning , Water flow is normal.chlorine production lower My question, do I have problem with cell? or problem with control unit? View answer

The inner plastic ring on my CMP 540 has several cracks around the perimeter causing water to leak out of the housing. The salt generator is working fine. Is there a way to replace the plastic "cap" without replacing the entire cell? View answer
