I have RJ 20 system (6 years old},cell is over 3 years old. I did have low salt warning with correct salt level in pool, chlorine level was good. Now I have ""no water flow"" warning , Water flow is normal.chlorine production lower My question, do I have problem with cell? or problem with control unit? View answer

Does it come with the PVC fittings that xxxx onto to the ends? The old ones on my Intellichlor are cracked and they have a slow drip leak. View answer

What is the maintenance like to acid wash the cell, for pentair I used a ""stand"" on the cell with a water / acid mix, does this use the same kinda stand? View answer

I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says ""inspect cell"". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned. Have a pool using a Hayward Aqua-rite T-3 is this T-9 a direct replacement? Would like to increase output. I know I will have to reprogram the control unit. Are control units same for all sizes of cells? When I say direct replacement I mean no plumbing, just unscrew old and xxxx on the new plus reprogram of course. View answer
