I have a Compupol salt system, and your website states you sell compatible cells, but my pool guy notices that yours are a 3 prong plug in and mine is a two prong plug in. do you have 2 prong cells? View answer

Power and polarity lights are lit. Salt level is good by independent analysis and water flow is good. No Flow light stays lit and therefore cell will not generate chlorine. Is the flow sensor/switch integral to the replacement cell or is it a different assembly? View answer

Can I replace my CPSC 16 with a CPSC 24? I have a 15,000 pool but it wasn't able to produce quiet enough chlorine for the pool so I had to supplement with tablets. Maybe the CPSC 24 will charge a little better in my same equipment. View answer
