I tried Maytronics Customer Service but they just kept saying to send in for service, since it was $60 to send for service I just returned the entire unit. I used it a couple of times and liked it overall. My question, I believe that bluetooth (from the phone app) is used for the initial connection and then it is set-up on wifi. Is this correct?
