I have the Pentair EasyTouch automation center and the IC40 salt cell, which is bad now. Will the APX P40 or P60 work with the controller. I just need power from the EasyTouch correct? It won't read salt level or any control from the EasyTouch unit Correct. Also, can I use the P60 instead of the P40. We have 38500-gallon pool. View answer

I currently have a pentair IC40. I’m leaning strongly toward getting a APX cell to replace the pentair one with. I’m thinking of stepping up to the 60,000 gal model APX60. Will the APX 60 fit right into the existing piping that my ic40 is mounted. Or does it require modification to allow the apx60 to fit?? View answer

My PVC runs horizontal, and have pipe running parallel, under the section where I need to install this, which doesn’t leave me with enough clearance needed for the bottom of the cell. Can I pivot this when installing so the controls are back at an angle, and the bottom of the cell is more towards the front, to get around the PVC below? Or does this need to be installed straight up and down as shown? View answer
