My Pentair Intellichlor salt chlorine generator model 40 is not working I have spent over $500 in chemicals the last month it’s not producing it’s chlorine but I do not know the difference between a cell and a generator which one do I need the generator or the cell? Hello, I am considering the package deal for the variable speed pump and chlorinator. I currently have a Hayward Superpump II, 1HP single speed pump. We have a solar pool heater with a Hayward/Goldline 35 controller. Is there a way or an output on the pump that would trigger the solar controller only at higher pump speeds? Or is there a way for the solar controller to trigger the pump to go faster? I suspect I need to purchase a new controller as well. Is there a controller you'd recommend? It moves a Jandy valve to turn the solar on and off based on pool and solar temps.Thanks! View answer

I have just enough space to maybe not use this but if I decide to get this. I have 2 questions. The 1st is will it decrease pressure in the system because of adding a vertical section. i am replacing a ic30 pentair with ic60 i want to make the purchase very soon but i will not install it till summer time when does the warranty start also i realize i have to cut the pipes to install it because it is larger does the unit come with the other half of the unions and o rings to do the install thank you View answer

I have the Pentair EasyTouch automation center and the IC40 salt cell, which is bad now. Will the APX P40 or P60 work with the controller. I just need power from the EasyTouch correct? It won't read salt level or any control from the EasyTouch unit Correct. Also, can I use the P60 instead of the P40. We have 38500-gallon pool. View answer

I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says "inspect cell". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned.
